Terms of Use
These Terms of Use cover anyone holding an account at Winnipeg Casino or placing bets there. They take effect once you sign up and govern each visit to the VIP Club, Promotions, Jackpots, Live Casino and the Lobby.
Do these terms apply to me?
Signing up or placing a bet confirms your acceptance of these terms.
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Promotion Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Responsible Play, Identity Checks and Age Policy pages. If you disagree with any of them, you must not create an account or place bets.
What are the limits of the casino's liability?
We operate the casino carefully, yet our liability is limited.
We accept no liability for loss caused by faults in your hardware or internet service, by hold-ups at third-party payment processors, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control. For any single claim, our liability is limited to the balance of the account that claim concerns. Where Canadian law prohibits this limit, it does not apply.
Can these terms change?
These terms are updated whenever our service or the law changes.
Each revision is published on this page alongside the date it becomes effective, and account holders receive an email ahead of any significant change. If you keep playing once that date has passed, you agree to the updated terms.
What conduct is not allowed?
Play honestly, fairly and only on your own behalf.
- Letting bots, scripts or other software place bets or make choices on your behalf.
- Coordinating play with others to secure an unfair edge.
- Knowingly exploiting a game, system or pricing error.
- Playing under someone else's identity or with their payment method.
- Fraud, money laundering or chargebacks made in bad faith.
- Directing abusive or threatening language at our staff.
If we identify this behaviour, we may void the affected plays, hold back any winnings tied to the breach and close the account.
How do I sign up, and am I allowed a second account?
One account for each person, opened with true details.
Registration calls for your name in full, birth date, residential address and an active email address. One account per member is permitted: any duplicates are closed and their balances checked. Ahead of the first deposit, we verify your identity (KYC) and location, as described on our Identity Checks page.
Ownership of site content
Ownership of our brand and all site content rests with us or with our partner game studios.
The Winnipeg Casino name, logos, text, graphics and games may not be copied, altered or reused without written permission.
Which law applies?
Canadian law governs these terms.
The laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada govern these terms. We take players solely from locations where play is lawful, and we meet Canadian age verification, identity and anti-money laundering requirements.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
All play is in Canadian dollars (CAD), with no casino fees either way.
- Deposits: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, iDebit, Instadebit, Paysafecard and Bank Wire / Transfer. Minimum C$20.
- Withdrawals: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, iDebit, Instadebit and Bank Wire / Transfer. Minimum C$10, maximum C$30 000 per month.
- Timing: a bank wire may need up to 12 hours, while most other payout methods complete within one to four hours.
We send withdrawals only to a payment method that you have previously used and verified with us.
How do bonuses fit in?
Every promotion follows our Promotion Terms.
Please read that page before you accept any offer.
How are games run, and what happens if something fails?
Results are random, live tables follow posted rules, and faults void plays.
Random number generator software determines the results of slots and digital table games. Every Live Casino game is run by real dealers following the rules shown at each table. If a game or system malfunctions, all affected plays and payouts are void, and stakes are refunded where possible.
Who can play?
Play is limited to those who are 19 or over, are physically in Canada and are in a jurisdiction whose local law permits it.
See our Age Policy for how we confirm age.
