These Promotion Terms are for every Winnipeg Casino player who takes part in an offer, from the welcome offer to Winnipeg Rewards and the daily prize draw. They apply whenever bonus funds, free spins or redemption points sit on your account, and they work alongside our Terms of Use.
What general rules cover every promotion?
Each offer has its own details, and these rules sit underneath all of them.
The figures for each promotion appear in its offer details, which you can find in your account. Where those details differ from this page, they take precedence for that promotion. Bonus funds stay outside your cash balance until released.
How do I opt in?
Promotions are never added without your choice.
Select the offer in Promotions, or tick the box in the cashier when you deposit. All offers are optional, and playing with cash only is always possible.
Who can take part?
Account holders who are verified, 19 or older and located in Canada.
To qualify, you must pass our geolocation and identity checks and must not have an active self-exclusion or break. Offers run only where local law permits, so what is available may vary by location.
Is there a maximum bet while my bonus is active?
Each promotion lists its stake cap in the offer details.
Any stake over that cap entitles us to remove the bonus plus every win it has produced.
When does a bonus expire?
Bonus funds have a time limit.
For the welcome offer, you have 7 days to earn the required redemption points. Bonus funds not released within that time are removed.
What share of my bonus can I convert to cash?
Release is capped at the bonus you received.
Under the welcome offer, transfers to your cash balance are limited to the matched amount you received, up to a total of C$4,500. There is no wagering requirement on winnings from the 50 free spins.
How do redemption points work, and which games count?
We use redemption points instead of a wagering multiple.
Every C$1 of bonus funds played on selected eligible games earns 5 redemption points. These games carry a marker in the Lobby and contribute at the full rate. Any game not in the selection earns no redemption points; this can include certain table games, along with Live Casino and Jackpots titles. When you hit the required total, the bonus is released.

- Breaking the stake cap or game rules of an offer.
- Coordinating with others to share or move bonus value.
Where we identify abuse, we may cancel the bonus, the related winnings and any redemption points earned, and restrict future offers made to you.
Can I have several bonuses active at the same time?
Only one bonus runs at a time.
You can begin a new bonus after your active one has been released, has expired or has been forfeited.
Can these terms change?
We may revise offers and these terms.
